The Fusionvague Company Limited promises safe delivery of merchandise to customers through a convenient shopping experience. Our team takes required protective measures for your shipment so that your delivery arrives on time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options to cater to different customer needs. The available shipping methods include:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4-5 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping: A faster option that ensures delivery within 2-3 business days.

The shipping charges depend on your selected delivery service together with how distant your preferred destination lies. Every shipment on our system defaults to usage of registered mail shipment. A selection of Express Shipping from the checkout page remains necessary for fast delivery requests.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders received on non-working days or holidays will be packed and shipped on the following business day.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Your order requires a complete precise shipping address during your purchase for successful delivery. Providing an incorrect address to the delivery service can lead to package loss which makes us not responsible for issuing refunds or replacements.

A delivery attempt will be made for packages at the specified address but the courier will try redelivery or place the package at their offices for fixed timeframe when no one takes delivery.

The package will be returned to us if it stays uncollected during its designated collection period. When such situations occur shipping costs will be accessed from the customer.

Customs, Duties & Additional Charges

Customers are responsible for paying local authority-imposed taxes and customs duties and other charges whenever authorities impose extra fees in your country. The delivery process may become delayed or the package may remain undistributed when payment of additional costs is not completed. The company does not take responsibility for packages which remain uncollected because customers have unpaid customs fees.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, certain unexpected situations may cause delays, including:

Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
Government restrictions (lockdowns, curfews, etc.)
Riots, strikes, or transportation disruptions
Health crises (pandemics, epidemics, etc.)

We provide updates about your order status in situations where this occurs. We will consider either offering refunds or alternative service options when the delay exceeds normal expectations.
